I was wondering how much anyone knew about these "6 essential vitamins for fibro " magnesium,esam,vitamin d ,omega 3, probiotics, and d-ribose I am interested to see if any one else knows anything about this
Yes I buy these as part of my online shop.. B6 B12 magnesium Vit D they won,t harm if they don,t help fully.
I use all of those except esam. The d-ribose has especially helped with reducing fatigue and giving me more energy. It does not seem to have any impact on helping with pain.
I use most of those. They seem to help with fatigue & overall blah feeling but don't completely get rid of pain. I'm still in search of a supplement that works well for the pain.
My doctor suggested I do not take magnesium because it can make irritable bowel syndrome worse
