Has anyone else had relief from pain with yoga?
I LOVE yoga!! Just about the only excersize I can do without being in pain for days after I do it. I always do the gentle yoga so I don't over do it.
It fr good at the time but it seemed like I paid for it for days after. I use to be a dancer so I loved Zumba. They use to have a low pace classes then slowly worked my way up. Even if u could just walk around the block once a day 37th some light stretches it helps. However it depends on the person too. I wish u luck. My Lil sister comes just to get me out of the house for coffe our nails maybe a pedicure & sometimes we just go for yogurt. But that seems to help me most. She listens to me & never complains.
I really enjoy yoga. It's one of the most gentle ways of benefittig your body and mind simultaneously, in my opinion. As long as you feel comfortable sitting out of a pose that feels bad to your body or something like that, then it's great.
