I have low iron diff. When your iron is low I read you are also in pain. Plus your inflammation and of course your fibro myalgia. Some times I think the body just doesn't know what to do.

I was diagnosed with IBS a few years before fibro. Unfortunately, many of these types of illnesses end up developing in a lot of the same people. Hopefully those who "only" have fibro will stay that way!
