Sequential/compression Device
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone use a sequential like compression device on their legs. This is the machine the hospital uses on your legs to prevent blood clots. My legs are a primary source of pain for me and I'm wondering if the air massage this machine provides will provide some much needed relief. If so, please provide as much feedback as possible including machine name, price where you got it and it's overall effectiveness

Have you checked your lumbar spine for any herniated discs. This will definitely cause leg pains. You should also try acupuncture to alleviate the pain. I have a phobia with needles, however, I found the therapy most effective.
