I hope this will help. I only take this twice daily for my pain and stiffness, which is mainly in my hips and knees.
2 Paracetamol with ibubrufen 250 mg or Norflex-Co 2 at night Take Ibubrufin only with food to protect your stomack. Do ordinary stretching exercises, slowly and breath deeply in and out, slowly, take a hot barth. make sure not to fall asleep in the bath.
