I Need Some Input As To What The Best Mattresses Are For Fibromyalgia. You Experiences Would Be Greatly Welcomed.
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I hear that a mattress with memory foam is the best. The have hybrid memory foam mattresses that also include pocket coils. I don't know if tight top or eurotop is best and don't know if plush or firm is better. To be honest I don't even know what a eurotop is! We really want to get a new mattress soon but I am so confused with all the options. Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks
Sylvie

I also can feel the pea everywhere. My only solution was to sleep on a feather bed topper. It has be shaken up every other day but it's so worth it. y husband didn't like it so I bought one for single bed which is on my side of the bed. Yes, we have different height but we still use the same sheets and blankets. You just do what you got to do.

I have a pillow top mattress with springs and then on black Friday I bought a memory foam topper for my bed. I love it!! If I sleep on any other bed bpy do I feel it! It's the perfect mixture of support and softness for me

I have a memory foam mattress with cooling gel inserts, and it is very well worth the money. It cradles you, with no pressure points, and it does help with the pressure points.
