I believe that GF has helped me. I have also cut out sugar and dairy and have noticed a big improvement in my Fibro symptoms.

A lot of fibromites have very sensitive stomachs and find gluten and/or dairy are big culprits for them. I have been on several Elimination diets (eliminating foods and adding some back one by one to determine sensitivities). I am already vegetarian and find that by rotating my grains that I am able to eat grains. I don't have any problems with dairy but many people do. If you're from the US, my nutritionist suggested unpasteurized products that still contain the right bacterial balance for our guts. My body liked that, but I was raised on a farm on unpasteurized milk. The paleo diet is also very popular with fibromites. Eliminating (or at least minimizing) caffeine and sugar and eating a healthy diet with good proteins in it is really important In general And promotes good muscle function. Recipes for all these types of diets can be found online or check out online bookstores for books on the subject. I hope this helps and best of luck with whatever you try. Anything that helps you is a step in the right direction. 💖

I cant drink milk or milk products. Tears my stomach up. Makes me full of gas and stomach pain.
