Do you tell them that you have fibromyalgia?

Don't! You aren't required to disclose that. I regret disclosing to my former job, and my rheumatologist told me I shouldn't have - it's none of their business. They got rid of me as soon as possible, even though I used my sick time within limits for Dr appointments etc.

No. It is none of their business and they can't ask about your health. They can ask about your attendance but not ant health issues.

I would not and you do not have to. I believe that is not a legal question that they can ask. If you are in decent shape and your meds are working for you then all should be well. Are you currently working a regular work week with few problems?

I would not tell them and they are not legally allowed to ask. However, they are allowed to ask if you are capable of performing certain duties that may be required in your position. For example, I work at a library and it was acceptable for them to ask me if there would be any problem with me pushing a book cart up to 50lbs. If you are applying for a desk job, they can easily ask if you are able to sit for extended periods of time, etc. If you want to go into the interview knowing what is and is not legal to ask about, I'd definitely do some research. I had a good friend get asked an illegal question during an interview and she politely said she was not comfortable answering and that it is not an appropriate or legal question. It also might determine whether or not you'd even want to work for them! It is definitely not a good sign when they are asking illegal questions during the interview process.

No!. You needn't even disclose if you have HIV, especially if one has HIV. However, if you get a job and at some point you start to feel sick, you could ask for an accommodation and be protected under the ADA. But look up the ADA before proceeding with that or see a local free legal services attorney.
