Anyone Suffer 'Jelly Legs?'
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

When I'm walking, sometimes it happens a lot other times it's few and far between; my legs both or singulaly feel like they give way and turn to jelly just below my knees. It's a real struggle to walk. It's a long term issue that I've had and it's happening far more frequently than ever before, currently. It's incredibly embarrassing as it causes me to walk funny or to stumble and, sometimes fall. Almost like I lose control over my legs and steps. It's really hard to explain, there's no pain… read more

My right leg often feels like jelly. When I'm tired. The muscles don't want to do what I want them too. Feels like my knee is swollen on the inside. They look fine on the outside I use a cane for balance sometimes I catch myself from falling as my muscles kink up won't release hurt like hell. Take it easy

That's why I have a cane in my car. When my legs are acting up or I feel dizzy once I get somewhere I have that to help me.

I must include that this doesn't happen after sitting. I'm a checkout chick essentially and spend a lot of time on my feet. People often laugh because I struggle to even get through my 4hr shifts from the pain alone. I am prone to losing feeling in my legs and frequent pins and needles, however this sensation is entirely different. There is no numbness or loss of sensation. It just feels like my legs suddenly bend abnormally and randomly, and I struggle to stand at times it'll happen to both legs or one or the other, but both sides are affected equally. I'm currently not experiencing any kind of pain, however it's painfully embarrassing. Nor am I under any pressure or stress. It's been happening for a long time. Just recently though I'm having very frequent episodes, probably the most frequent from memory. I was diagnosed with FM at the end of 2015 and am still trying to understand the condition that so many people keep telling me, isn't real.

Not jelly legs exactly but I have pain mostly on my left hand side of my body and my left leg feels like I have a leg, but not attached, I tend to swing it out I can feel it but it not there,on a heavy headache day and a really bad flare where my pain meds don't work. πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”
