Thank you so much for all this input, I am going to talk to my doctor about this and see what she feels should be done. It could be side effects of medication or just plain boredom but I am sick of being so sleepy all the time, I can fall asleep anywhere at any point. I am on disability so I don't have a good routine anymore, I can sleep all night but still go to sleep shortly after waking up in the morning. Usually I get up about 5 or 6am stay up till about 8 or 9am and I fall asleep watching tv, reading or whatever I am doing so I get up and just go on to bed. I just wish I could wake up and have energy like some people, I don't even know what energy is anymore.

I had sleep study showed apnea slight so have machine for sleeping to prevent that but if i dont take caffeine 100mg bid in winter i will sleep all day

I went through a night time and day study both I have narcolepsy. Its medically induced by the lycria I have to take.

I've heard of this before. But unknown what it is I would Google your symptoms. Or better yet call doctor ASAP that's not normal. Hope you feel better.
