Does anyone use a ginger supplement? My doctor suggested it to me as a natural way to help muscle spasms and sleep. Any thoughts?
Yes!! Ginger and magnesium are great muscle spasm relievers. I also use a TENS machine to assists with pain as well. I got it at Amazon. Also, a product called Lamonine for energy. I got tired of taking all the prescribed meds that didn't work or they have terrible side effects.
Yes he gave me a sheet of all natural things to try but I will have to double check. I ordered it from the alkaline water store I go to that uses all natural products and has a lot of vitamins and supplements. I will let you know the brand when it comes in! Only six bucks!
How many milligrams of ginger do you take a day? Does Lamonine have any side effects?
