What Do You Take/do For Fatigue?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

What do you do to cope with fatigue? Is there any medication or supplement? I love coffee but I know it's not good for me.

exercise. I never did exercise on purpose before fibro. very gentle exercise regularly and your energy levels will gradually improve. also eat little and often - it took a while to get used to but snacking on little things (healthy things like seeds and nuts) and making sure I eat as soon as I get up in the morning or wake up from a nap - even if it is a handful of nuts or grapes or something tiny, really helps. Again - it took ages to improve but now I only get really tired when having a flare up, after a stressful situation or when I have done too much. Before I made these changes I was tired all the time.

I got intolerant to caffeine and will get flares from a cup of coffee or too much black tea... I am now using maca, guarana, B vitamins, Rhodiola and Vitamin C for a boost
