I automatically stopped everything. It was horrendous for weeks. But I made sure to eat good, give myself extra time, take time off and ask for help. Lots of water, crying, sleeping. Sometimes, actually many times, things were left a message. But I feel better with pacing myself now. I'm so proud to be free of pills. They never really helped anyways.

Oh I should mention she was worth ever minute I spent sat there ;0) remember it will all be worth and forgotten as soon as that baby is in your arms, that I can promise you!

I spent my last pregnancy from just 4mths on crutches and the last 3mths confine to my recliner chair and needed help to get out of it to walk to the bathroom and help dressing etc. My hubby and older children where great. I spent my time watching sky movies and I taught myself to crochet using u-tube and made a lot of baby clothes and blankets ;0) I was able to deliver my baby with gas and air only although I was still on crutches for a few week afterward while my meds kicked in again!
