It is painful to get goosebumps. But yes, I get tingling feelings in my scalp brain, arms and legs. It feels like something is alive under my skin. Sorry! No solution so far. It just comes and goes. I learn to live with it.

Get it all the time
No solutions
Except my pain classes have taught me to acknowledge the feeling and then change my thinking to something else , switch to a different activity so my mind can engage in something else to focus on.... this is hard to do but Iā€™m slowly getting better at it

It's nice to know I am not the only one. The tingling in my scalp has been going on for seven months. It's exhausting.
