I have ny social security hearing next week. I've been denied once and this is my first hearing. I've been off work since Nov 2013 when first diagnosed with a brain tumor, then after symptoms continued and had approximately five different possibilities they diagnosed the fibro this past August. This breaks my heart to hear of all the struggle just to survive. I know I am lucky. I say prayers for you. I do believe in the power of prayer. Hugs to all.
Just be persistent, focus on your medical history and make sure you have lots of doctor notes to back up your claim. They always turn u down the first few times so dont be discouraged also your homeless situation with a child might bump your case in a higher bracket. Dont loose faith. Hooefully someone has told you about Father Joes its a place you might get a bed for you and your child. Good luck. Keep the faith

still waiting on my s.s.i. I message my Laywer when I need too but that's about it I was down for 3 months with no insurance I had medacade and my husban went back to work and made to much money so they stopped it I have it now when I call to set up appointments again they made them for 3-4 months after I called and I had 4 appoiments made I called in February I got one may and 1 July still no curt date and I won't go back for pain pill because I hate the side effects I went back 4 times already and none of the pain pill work and to many side effects my lawyers don't have much to say I hear from them once a month just saying no court date yet
