A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Im wondering if anyone else overheats and then gets so fatigued to the point that I sleep whoever I am.

Does anyone else get this?

I over heat a ridiculous amount. Randomly. Getting out of the shower, in the middle of the night, standing in line at a store, watching a movie. I can't control it.

I also get overheated and when I cool off I just want to crawl in bed on the couch or in a corner. I just said it was due to the fibro.

I do! It's 41 degrees w/ snow on the ground right now & I went outside in a tank top to cool off. I get overheated all the time & it makes me so tired

I don't get the overheating but I have dealt with terrible fatigue and exhaustion, to the point I have slept most of the day away. Unable to keep my eyes open.
