Lactose intolerant myself as ann100 and lactose free dairy is a wonderful product that really helps me with IBS. I think that many IBS symptoms are actually food intolerances, I also cant eat pork products or I get really sick with IBS.

hi I have the same problem with dairy and have found arla lactose free milk, cheese, yoghurt really help

There are some lactose tolerant products out there that you can try. You just need to look around the stores and give them a try.

I have read that it can, I am. My husband is as well. We just drink lactose free, fat free milk, and also almond or coconut milk works as it isn't dairy.
