Does anyone get small, hard, red lumps on their body?! They're like spots but painless. I have about 3 around my left ankle/lower leg and one on my thigh. I have red spots that look like blood all over my torso. My dermatologist said that some people just get them, by they aren't anything to worry about. No one warned me about this stuff! Ugh!8
I don't think they are anything to worry about. I did read once that we're prone to lumps and bumps on our bodies, but they are annoying!

Yes I do too. I thought it was acne, but I have never had acne. I am 62 and my red lumps started on me this year on my arms and face. I am wondering if it is stress and anxiety due to the unpredictability of my good and bad Fibro days. I try to hydrate and drink water as much as possible, but I hate drinking water because I have a problem with swallowing sometimes
