Coyote1284,yes, my insurance paid 100% of it but my out of pocket max had been met for the year, there was not a test for fibro, I have definitive diagnosis based off "straight neck" shown on my CT of my neck. This was strictly for medicines. I have a mutated gene for opioids and several other genetics problems that can effect my meds, which was why it was being done.

Mine is for what medications work best with my DNA, has nothing to do with diagnoses of diseases, however, when I had my cone CT for my TMJ, I had DDD plus "straight neck" which is where the the natural curve of your neck starts going the opposite direction. When I researched it, it is a definitive diagnosis of fibromyalgia
Details... Did your insurance cover it? Did it include the test for fibro
