Has anyone tried Prodovite liquid oral vitamin supplement and if so how did it help your fibro symptoms?
I'm newer to fibro and was wondering if people can be more specific when they say "pain". I'm having a hard time accepting this diagnosis. I have sharp- bee string like pains/ needle picks, burning, very heavy arms and legs and sore muscles. Tingling/vibrations. Aching hands/feet/ shoulders, wrists. Its just so many symptoms!!
For me, I have all over pain 24/7 and the achy muscles and itching all over. It's pretty severe. I've just accepted that I cannot change it and deal with it the best way I can. I have no pain meds due… read more

Thanks for your advice x

As anyone tried a weighted blanket to help fibromyalgia pain? Does it work for you?
I have one, and I honestly can't live without it! 🥰 I feel that it helps, but there are different weights, you just need to do your research and figure out which weight is best for you.
My doctor has started me on low dose naltrexone for fibro. I was started on 1 mg and told to titrate up by 1 mg every week until reaching 5mg. Problem is that every time I get up to 2 mg, I can’t sleep at all. I’m wired all night. Pharmacist told me to switch to morning dosing (which is supposed to be not as effective according to all the LDN websites) but even that is only semi-effective. I’d really like to give it a chance to see if I can come off Lyrica which makes my memory and fogginess… read more
