Thank you ladies. I found a semi-supportive nursing Cami / tank top with the built in bra that is most comfortable and just supportive enough to not feel naked, its what I wear around the house when I'm in pain n can't go braless. The only thing I have found that truely helps me with making the pain almost non existent , at least temporarily, is marijuana. It's amazing how much it helps control the pain n helps the anxiety too.

I have had pain from where my bra goes around my ribs it hurts like hell but I have had to go to wearing a leisure bra or sports bra. I am big busted 46D so if I don't wear one the pain in my upper body is excruciatingly bad to the point of tears..

I used to have that all of the time when I was working. It was terrible, I felt like I needed to really stretch that area. It felt like someone was stabbing me in the back. I couldn't find any medicine that would work, I even tried massage therapy. I'm not working now so it doesn't bother me anymore. It must have been the way that I was sitting in my chair all day.

I have never though about it that way but yes I feel like that most days. Thanks for the good way to describe it to people.

Oh dear. Yes maam. It hurts so bad I cry at times. Mine isn't localized. It creeps into my neck and shoulders. For me, an ice pack works on most days. It is rather funny really seeing me with all the ice packs wrapped around my my shoulders, upper back, and arms. On other days a nice hot shower will give some relief. For me is just trial and error hoping to relieve the pain. Good luck.
