Hip Pain??

Hey there! I'm 24 have had fibro most of my life but didn't know it til this year
I've been having very, very bad hip, lower back, knee and foot pain. I know fibro causes widespread pain but my hips are concerning me

You have to eat gluten free. Sugar, wheat, processed food cause inflammation which is what fibromyalgia basically is. You're too young to be having this! So sorry!

The pain on your buttocks could be from the sciatic nerve. It starts in your lower back and goes clear down to your feet.

Yes I have had that problem on going most of the time. I have even been laying asleep at night and had the pain laying on my hips at night wake me up out of my sleep they as re achy all the time

Yes, I get lower back pain that goes to my hip and down my leg. I'm actually just laying in bed and its still hurting I haven't got out the bed. My dr said it's just the fibromyalgia. But I don't believe that.

I have permanent sciatic nerve pain on the left side and this is exactly how mine feels.
