Hello .. I'm not a doctor . So I cannot say for you to or not to go to the urgent care . However, I can inform you that I had lost feeling in my right arm for a few months . Then it came back . They did test after test and it showed nothing .. I still have the feeling of numb face and arms hands and feet at least once a month or more . I know others in this site have the same issue.. So I honestly can say it is part of Fibro .. I hope you feel better soon

I get that way when I'm nervous and having anxiety

I get numbness, pins and needles and what I call sprays of air darts (randomly feel deep in muscle tissue in arms/legs and often around right eye). Believe it is connected to my fatigue because I try to have conversations and carry on but I'm acutely aware of the pain I attempt to suppress. Feel like throwing pingpongs randomly at doctors while talking to them to kind of simulate the exhaustion of divided attention/awareness.

I have these symptoms too. It is always best to get left side symptoms checked out though.
