What I 2as thinking was getting up at 6am, up till 1pm or 2pm, nap, up at 4:30 pm or 5pm, up until 10 or later (up til 12 usually). Repeat.
Anyone do something similar?
I used to work, and that routine was great. Now I have split days for school.
Any suggestions..?
Sleep is all over place, carnt sleep, then couple of hrs, awake if got an appointment nxt day wth health workers worried and crnt rest sleep if I dont sleep iam on the floor so ill.
my sleep is terrible and if I have to do something the next day I often end up not sleeping well and in major pain....
