A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone deal with one hand and one foot being numb and extremely cold?

Make sure to speak with your dr about this because there is a disease called Reynauds that causes poor circulation in the extremities. When I was still working I had several patients who had it. Their hands and feet were always ice cold.

Yes! I get both extreme cold and numbness in my hand and feet. Usually more numbness in my hands and more coldness in my feet.

Generally both feet are cold. Generally speaking fibro usually affects upper and lower extremity. I am sure you are aware of this. Currently both feet are freezing and my air conditioner is off in my bedroom.
Any suggestions other than a warm throw.
Feel better and praying we will get warm
