i have been working with my doctor but I feel she is not even sure what to do. I have had terrible headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, more pain, forgetfullnes, sweating/ hot flashes, depression, mood swings, hair loss ....and more. I have been on Cymbalta for 5 years and it was just not working any longer i am not going on anything like it again. I have been off work for a month now and hoping I will be able to work again just feeling the need to get off all the drugs

Yes! I've been on Cymbalta two times. It really helped my pain but the side effects were just too much! I had to be weaned from it by going down from 60 mg. to 30 mg. for a week. For some people, it takes a little longer to be weaned from this medicine. I'm now searching for natural alternatives for pain. Good luck to you!

I am up too. It's 2:01 AM. I have cycles of sleep and then awake. It is crazy. Can you take prescrip meds? My PC told me about Belsomra.

Hi. I've been on Cymbalta for about 2 yrs. The thing I notice the most is extremely vivid dreams. Bizarre dreams, sometimes nightmares. I have awakened by them talking my other half like I was still in the dream. He has noted that I have awakened really scared. Like whatever I was dreaming was terrifying. Other than the dreams, the med makes me very sleepy.

Cymbalta is supposed to be weight neutral. You cannot stop this med. It has to be tapered gradually. Please work with your doc to do this. What kinds of side effects have you all been having on Cymbalta?
