My gp got me in to see the rheumatologist only after she couldn't figure out what was wrong with me.
As far as stiffness, hot shower is how I loosen up but other than that I stretch, knowing my limits, only what my body can take. We learn quicker than any doctor what works for our bodies.
Gentle hugs 💜
I tried a chiropractor...he did acupuncture, but it didn't really help me. I have found the best thing for me is massage. I know that can get expensive but I have been going to the local cosmetology school and they have lower prices and I have found they generally are just as good.
I first got in to a Rheumatologist in 2003 but it took persistence and another 7 years before they would give me the official diagnose. Has anyone tried a Chiropractor. It was recommended by a co-worker?
I live in California and it took about 6 weeks to see a Rheumatologist. My spinal surgeon referred me, but I had a pain management Dr treating me for the fibro before
I was referred to a neurologist by my PCP
