Isn't this absurd that our teeth ache when all is well with them or without them..
I was hoping to not be on gabapentin forever, now I don't know 😕..thank you Bobbie 3 for getting back to me. Hugs 🫂
I was told the original pain in my tooth was a cavity, then nerve related so they did a root canal and said that would be that. The pain I’ve had in my gums, all teeth on that side, eye, ear, jaw, cheek, throat have been much worse since having the tooth fixed! Before going to the dentist only my tooth hurt. Dentist tells me there is nothing he can do, that’s just the way it is for people with fibromyalgia. I feel like he would be taking my pain more seriously if I didn’t tell him about the… read more

Your doctor like all doctors only "practices" medicine; it's not a sure thing. You need to try different antibiotics until you find one that works without terrible side effects. I don't think Cipro… read more
Ever since I have had issues with the autoimmune junk I have had a lymph node in my neck getting swollen and hard. Sometimes the lymph node will go down but then it will get hard again and stick around for a good month or so.
I had a terrible ear infection about a month ago where my ear drum ruptured and the ENT told me that a swollen lymph node can indicate an infection (wherever the lymph node is, then the infection is somewhere higher up). That being said, I have also read that swollen… read more

So on jan 5th, i went to minute clinic and was diagnosed with strep and put on antibiotics. She said it was really bad just by looking at it and the test came back positive for strep and my tonsils were swollen. I finished the antibiotics after a week and the only thing that helped the pain was aleve sinus which i took on most days, but noticed when i didnt, it continued to hurt. Here i am, almost 3 weeks later, it still hurts to swallow, still hurts to talk and now it even hurts to barely open… read more

Has anyone ever had helicobacter pylori?
My GP mentioned it on my last visit, because my costochondritis hasn't gone away since March, in March I had what I was told was a serious chest infection.
I've just got into bed and again can feel and hear my chest on the left rattling. This is the same side the 3 chest infection I've had in the past 12 months have been. I'm 33 years old and was still at school when I had any previous chest infections.
I'm at the doctors on Thursday for other… read more

I started Lyrica May 27th. I experienced dizziness that went away by the end of the week end. I am now experiencing swelling in my feet and hands. I have had worse during my monthly cyle, but it does hurt. Has anyone had the swelling issue resolve after they have been on Lyrica awhile? How long did it take for Lyrica to start working for you? I think I'm being impatient, as I have only been on it 9 days. Thank you!
Your doctor is right, no medicine can completely get rid of any fibromyalgia symptoms, but their ARE some that can make it more tolerable!
