I'm getting a hysterectomy anyone else have one done after being diagnosed with fibro? If so what did they do for your pain control after surgery?

Great. Use your meditation skills to focus out of your body and away from your pain. Best of luck.

Learn meditation!!! Due to reactions and allergies I couldn't have any pain relief and so chose to learn and practice meditation and had music playing - the same piece constantly, which I tuned into, zoned out and over road most of the pain. The mind has great power. Best of luck. I hope all goes well for you xx

Hi! I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago. Pain meds were Percocets. I have to admit, I did have a pretty bad flare up about 2 weeks after my surgery. I think it was just from the shock to my system. Good luck to you!
