Remission

Does anyone ever experience a period of remission from this insidious disease ?This constant daily pain,aches is wearing me down...

I am not sure if there is "remission" with fibro, but I am in less pain and fatigue now than I was two years ago when I first got diagnosed with it...I also have tried various things such as naps, meditation, yoga, swimming, walking, etc.

Yes you can have good spells, my mum has fybro too and she has had it for years, she says she had 3 really good weeks where she felt normal. I have had a few good days together, but not as long as a week, yet, I live in hope cx
