I'm always in pain. I want to know if anything helps.

5 Hour Energy does more for my pain than anything else. I accidently discovered this. I think the high doses of B vitamns must be the reason.
OTC NSAIDS seem to cause flairs and actually increase my pain in the long run.
Gabapentin helps too, but can only take a low dose close to bed time because of the severe ataxia it causes.

epsom salts baths really help too.

TENs machine helps me ,could be worth trying if u haven't already.

Electro pulse unit. (Tins unit) relaxes my muscles and so it helps me relax too. No prescription needed. OTC

No tramadol, no norco, no derivatives if norco either...those meds beat up your liver and are addictive. Neurontin/Gababentin works, but it makes me tired.
