Fibro Flares Related To Sugar/salt Intake?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have been testing this out for several weeks. I feel like when I have a sugar/sodium imbalance I'm more prone to getting flare ups. But when I keep it balanced the flares take longer to start up. Anyone else notice this?

I agree, sugar is the worst for me. I am now keeping a food diary and I have a chiropractor who tests foods on me to see ho my muscles react. So far corn, white rice, wheat and any canned products. I am going to try organic and fresh or frozen whenever possible. It will be very expensive but no where else to turn.
