Has Anyone Taken Cymbalta? I Couldn't Take The Many Side Affects And It Isn't Really Good For You. What About A Hot Tub?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I took Cymbalta why I was first diagnosed and did okay, but hated the side affects so went off of it as soon as I could, then I took Aleve but can't take any NSAIDs or aspirins or anything actually but Tylenol. Has anyone taken Cymbalta and done well? Or Any other meds? Have you tried a hot tub? When I get bad I take pain meds.

When I was able to use a hot tub 3 or more times a week plus wet sauna, I felt much better. I think that it helped to rid my body of toxins. Cost was too high for health club membership plus fuel costs. We live several miles out of town.

I personally. haven't experienced any side effects from Cymbalta. I take it for depression and fibro. Good luck!

My side affects were more fog, feeling like a zombie all the time, no enthusiasm for anything, even more tired, headaches, nausea, and couldn't sleep. I was only on 30mg too. But, I never have been good with any medication so I was not too surprised. I do have celiac also and that adds other things in the mix as far as medication.
When I went off I did it very slowly. It took about 6 weeks. I had no trouble going off. I was fine until the hot weather came and have been pretty bad since then. I am still working and still do all my things ; it hurts but I will not give it up. It hurts anyway so why quit something you live?
