I also have pain in my hands. As s matter of fact I have been unable to completely close my left hand for sbout three months. I exercise it daily but the pain still comes and goes. Its actually considered by me to be one of my minor aches as compared to some of the others. (Not trivializing your pain. Would never do that.)
