Right now I am at my personal limit with Lyrica. Any more and I won't be able to drive, etc. It was suggested to give acupuncture and/or massage a try. Thank you in advance for your thoughts and suggestions.

Suffered with a bad flair up after having treatment!!!! 🙄
Yesterday when I had it I was fine normal pain as usual but later on I had bad flair up 😞ðŸ˜
I had accupuncture for pain in back and shoulders but it made it worse.. i know it does help some people but not me

I’ve had acupuncture it helped relieve my migraine headache, and helped with my shoulder and neck pain, but it’s not a long term fix .
Do you have any success with acupuncture, massage, dry needling?? Sauna or hot tub??? I'm looking for all input.
Tens unit, but basically hot baths in a jacuzzi tub. That's my best. And walking can really help. Best of luck
