I lightly shake but ive noticed recently my body jerks like if I hold mt cell in my right hand I better hold it tight my wrist will jerk and bye bye phone it happens all over my body

I've noticed that I now have tremors. Started in left side (which is my weaker side) but now is through my body and head. I told Dr and she was puzzled as me. I find its when I'm more fatigued, under stress or pushing myself too hard. Like its my bodies way of saying stop!

Yes I do if I try to hold a position for to long. Recently had an mri scan and started to twitch and was worried they would stop the scan xx

Yes I have tremors or shaking of hands and sometimes head. Sometimes so bad that I can't type or hold things.

I do have tremors sometimes, much like I used to get from too much caffeine. It is worse when my blood sugar gets too low. When my Fibro was at its worst, I had spastic-like jerks and often kind of threw things. I can't tll you how many cups and glasses I broke :0) Since my Fibro is better most of the time, I only do this in a bad flare.
