I had a few as a kid, and now, lately, I've been having them a lot more frequently, about one every other month or so. Just had one today that didn't stop for ten minutes. I've been to the doctor, and asked her about it, but she didn't seem concerned by it, since it wasn't happening every day. I had them a lot when I was anemic, but that was 15 years ago, and my iron levels have been good ever since. Just trying to figure out why, all the sudden, I keep having them.
Thats really weird as just got back from drs and was telling her about my nose.
suffered with nosebleeds till i was 15.had it cauterised 4 times.only had few in last 20 years.then last 3 weeks its been awful and leaves me with a blocked up dried blood nose.my dr has given me an antibiotic cream and im to go back in 10 days.will keep you posted. Beth.x
Once you get a nosebleed it's extremely easy to have another until it heals fully. Then you are back at square one. Trying to keep in a reasonable amount of humidity and avoid blowing it can help. Watch medicine that can dry out your sinuses too.
Nope. I have never squirted or snorted anything up my nose. Had another small nose bleed last night when I laid down. That makes 2 in the last three days.
No nothing.x
Any possibility that your using Nasalcrom or other nasal spray for allergies? My ex had terrible nose bleeds while using it.
