Anyone Have Severe Anxiety/Insomnia Able To Treat It Naturally?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I believe my earliest symptoms of Fibro were severe anxiety/panic attacks, insomnia and RLS when I turned 30, 11 years ago. Has anyone else had this and been able to live med free? I've tried it a few times but within months all those symptoms return and I re-start the medication because it is like torture.

I've been taking the following and it helps: curcumin 2x, alphapur, xanthin, biopur, all from StopAgingNow.com, check out there supplements and talk to the customer service peeps. Very best vitamin place I've found. Good luck

I do take antidepressants, Effexor, and some meds to help with sleep. Cyclobenzaprine and amitriptyline. I take the Effexor daily but even though I am supposed to take the other two every night before going to bed, I try not to take them unless I have had quite a few nights with no sleep. I find that they tend to make me sleep continually and I could easily sleep all the time. But at least I'm not so anxious now. lol I think that it is so important to try to keep up my sense of humor and to find some humor in my plight.

BTW I have been to a psychologist twice in the past. I believe my problem is purely physical. Over activity of nervous system or something because it is free floating and comes out of nowhere. There is a difference between being too worried over something in particular and this. It came out of nowhere.

@A MyFibroTeam Member - My Rheumatologist told me they often go hand in hand. If you are taking meds for Fibro (antidepressants or Lyrica) they tend to lessen anxiety.
