I've heard natural, unfiltered ACV can help with muscle soreness from the malic acid in it. Has anyone regularly taken ACV and found your fibro symptoms decrease? This may be something I try. I know it helps my stomach for sure.
Took 2oz with 4oz aloe juice this am . Less muscle fatigue and cramping today
