Have You Ever Been Lost In A Familiar Place?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I've been driving with my turn signal on to turn down my street and suddenly don't know why it's on or where I am and nothing looks familiar. 5 blocks later, I remember I live down there. I've walked around the block and didn't recognize my own street. Ever have this happen?

This used to happen to me all the time. I would get lost going to the same Doctor every week. But if you asked me I could tell you how to get there. This was before I was diagnosed . But I know now that I was suffering then

I didn't make the connection untilni read this, but I have taken calcium magnesium and zinc for a long time. Lately I have not taken them as regularly becauseni hate taking so many pills. I have more fatigue and fog. Have forgotten things like mentioned. I guess I will get back into routine. I also found another advantage to taking those vitamins. When everyone else was catching colds and flu, I didn't catch it.
