I have the same kind of pain in my arms. Today I decided to try Salonpas and it is working great. Looks like it can get kind of expensive if used all the time so will probably only use on nights that the pain keeps me awake. When I see doctor again, I am going to ask if there is something like it that he can prescribe that insurance will cover.
