Since my onset of full blown fibromyalgia in February my memory has significantly declined. I have been taking a new vitamin: Acetyl-L Carnitine
Just curious if anyone has tried it. Seems to be helping!

Yes it's available online thru a company called NOW. I found out about it from the 2 books I mention in my profile. I also found out that if u take D-3 u must take witan in K as well and they have a combination of both in 1 capsule.

I have been taking both of those along with another vitamin called L-phenylalanine which supports positive mood Even though I'm already on an antidepressant. My memory & mood has improved tremendously. Those 2 books r full of good info At first, I was really upset the more I learned about fibromyalgia but after realizing it's not a death sentence, I have actually used their advice and have at least made some positive changes. Trust me I'm still in pain & continue to look for new ways to feel better.

How long have you been on the new vitamin? My memory is getting worse, which is an issue with my job. I've added this to my Dr Notes I bring to each appointment.
