I take fludrocortisone daily to help with pots

It could be the pain or it could be something else like POTS or vertigo. You should have it checked out. Hugs

I had blackout one morning getting out of bed and another day getting out of the bath. Can the pain be so severe?

It causes severe dizziness and blackouts. Especially aggravated by positional changes.
